Mancunian Singers at St Paul's

The Mancunian Singers came to St Paul’s Methodist Church on Saturday 12th October for their annual performance.

The Mancunian Singers led us through a fantastic programme of songs that lifted our spirits with their passion and brought us through to the quieter songs with gentleness. They began with Simon and Garfunkel’s 'Sound of Silence' and 'Bridge over Troubled Water' and enjoyed a variety of popular songs throughout the ages right up to The Greatest Showman. They even included Meatloaf in their programme!

The conductor is Mr Gordon Roberts who led the choir wonderfully and the Pianist was Mrs Korena Tyson who played beautifully.

It was a full house and ended the afternoon with scones, cakes and plenty tea and coffee. It was a lovely afternoon for everyone.
